Refund Policy

We want Proposay to be worth it. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Free trial
The free trial lets you generate a limited number of drafts at no charge and requires no payment details. Because nothing is charged during the trial, there is nothing to refund for trial usage.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a monthly subscription (Starter, Pro, or Agency)and you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 daysof your initial purchase — for any reason. We’ll refund the amount you paid for that billing period in full.
Cancelling & renewals
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents the next charge, but does not retroactively refund a period already paid. Beyond the 14-day money-back window, monthly charges are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our end (for example a duplicate charge or a billing error), contact us and we’ll make it right.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected]from the address associated with your account and include the email used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number (it’s on the receipt Paddle sent you). We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
